St. Louis played host to a dominant night of racing at The Dome at America’s Center, where Ken Roczen and Haiden Deegan produced standout performances in the 450 main event and 250 East/West Showdown respectively.

In the premier class, Roczen converted his qualifying pace into a flawless victory, leading all 23 laps of the 450 main event aboard his Progressive Insurance Suzuki. Setting the fastest lap of the race on lap three with a 55.337, Roczen controlled proceedings from start to finish and crossed the line with a margin of over 13 seconds, underlining a commanding performance under the lights.

Justin Cooper secured second place with a strong and consistent ride on the Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha, finishing 13.295 seconds behind Roczen while maintaining a comfortable gap over the rest of the field. Hunter Lawrence completed the podium for Honda HRC after taking the holeshot, ultimately finishing third, 19.629 seconds off the lead.

Jorge Prado continued to show impressive progress in his transition to supercross, bringing his Red Bull KTM home in fourth position. Cooper Webb rounded out the top five, just 1.4 seconds behind Prado. Eli Tomac finished sixth, followed by Joey Savatgy in seventh and Malcolm Stewart in eighth, despite showing promising speed earlier in the day. Garrett Marchbanks was ninth and the final rider on the lead lap, while Dylan Ferrandis completed the top ten.

In the 250 East/West Showdown, Haiden Deegan delivered another authoritative performance, taking control early and maintaining a strong pace throughout the 18-lap race. The Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha rider secured victory by 15.6 seconds and recorded the fastest lap of the race with a 55.140 on lap four.

Cole Davies achieved a career-best result in second place, delivering a composed ride from start to finish and securing the holeshot. He finished 15.654 seconds behind Deegan but comfortably ahead of the rest of the field. Seth Hammaker completed the podium for Pro Circuit Kawasaki, finishing third, 27.9 seconds off the lead.

Nate Thrasher claimed fourth position, with Ryder DiFrancesco rounding out the top five. Daxton Bennick, Levi Kitchen, Devin Simonson, Nicholas Romano, and Max Vohland completed the top ten. Romano delivered one of the standout performances of the race, advancing from 25th in qualifying to finish ninth. A total of 11 riders completed the race on the lead lap.

The St. Louis round was defined by control and consistency at the front, with both Roczen and Deegan delivering clear victories in their respective classes. Cooper’s second-place finish provided a positive result for Star Racing Yamaha in the 450 class, while Davies continued to establish himself as a strong contender in the 250 category heading into the upcoming rounds.

Deegan’s victory also carried championship significance, securing back-to-back titles and confirming him as the 250 SX West Champion. The result further cements “DangerBoy” Deegan’s status as one of the sport’s most exciting rising stars.
