QJMOTOR SRK 921 RR: A New Era of Supersport Performance

QJMOTOR has taken a bold step into the high-performance supersport arena with the unveiling of the all-new SRK 921 RR, a machine that blends cutting-edge engineering with unmistakable Italian-inspired design. Positioned as a serious contender in the litre-class segment, the SRK 921 RR represents the brand’s commitment to pushing boundaries while delivering an engaging, high-spec riding experience.

At the heart of the SRK 921 RR lies a 921cc inline-four engine developed in collaboration with MV Agusta. This partnership has resulted in a powerplant that produces 94kW (127hp) at 10,000rpm and 93Nm of torque at 8,000rpm. With a DOHC 16-valve architecture and an over-square bore and stroke of 73mm x 55mm, the engine is designed to deliver a strong, free-revving character, combining thrilling top-end performance with refined smoothness. Liquid cooling, supported by an engine oil cooler, ensures consistent performance under demanding conditions.

The SRK 921 RR’s design is equally noteworthy, with styling penned by C-Creative in San Marino. Drawing inspiration from MV Agusta’s Brutale lineage, the bike features a striking tubular steel trellis frame paired with a cast aluminium swingarm, creating a visual identity that is both aggressive and sophisticated. Aerodynamic winglets, a sculpted tail section, and a beautifully executed single-sided swingarm further reinforce its premium, performance-focused intent.

On the road, the SRK 921 RR delivers an engaging ride thanks to its six-speed gearbox with a standard up-and-down quickshifter, allowing for seamless, clutchless gear changes. Suspension is handled by fully adjustable Marzocchi upside-down forks up front and a matching rear monoshock, working in harmony with an adjustable steering damper to provide stability, precision, and rider confidence at speed.

Braking performance is a standout feature, with Brembo Stylema four-piston radial calipers gripping dual 320mm discs at the front, supported by a 260mm rear disc and Bosch dual-channel ABS. This high-spec braking package delivers exceptional stopping power with progressive feel, reinforcing the SRK 921 RR’s credentials as a serious supersport contender. The bike rides on diamond-cut alloy wheels fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres, offering excellent grip and feedback across a range of riding conditions.

Modern technology is integrated throughout, including a full LED lighting system comprising quad-projector headlights, tail light, and indicators, ensuring excellent visibility and a distinctive road presence both day and night. Aerodynamic efficiency has also been carefully considered, with bodywork designed to channel airflow around the rider while enhancing stability at higher speeds.

Dimensionally, the SRK 921 RR measures 2,085mm in length, 790mm in width, and 1,130mm in height, with a seat height of 835mm and a wheelbase of 1,425mm. A 16-litre fuel tank provides ample range for spirited riding, while the overall package strikes a balance between aggressive ergonomics and everyday usability.
Weighing in at 223kg unladen, the SRK 921 RR combines premium components, distinctive styling, and strong performance into a compelling package. UK pricing is set from £8,999 plus on-the-road costs, although there is currently no confirmation on South African pricing or availability.

With the SRK 921 RR, QJMOTOR has delivered a machine that not only showcases its growing engineering capability but also positions the brand firmly among established names in the supersport category, offering a blend of performance, design, and value that is difficult to ignore.
