The United States has confirmed a powerhouse line-up for the 2025 FIM Motocross of Nations, with Eli Tomac, Chase Sexton, and Haiden Deegan set to carry the Stars and Stripes when the prestigious event takes place on home soil at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana, from October 3–5.

The trio brings a combined resume of multiple AMA Supercross and Pro Motocross championships. Tomac, a two-time 450SX champion (2020, 2022) and four-time AMA Pro Motocross 450 champion (2017, 2018, 2019, 2022), returns for his sixth MXoN appearance. Sexton, winner of the 2023 450SX and 2024 AMA Pro Motocross 450 titles, is no stranger to the event, having been part of Team USA’s gold-medal-winning squad in 2022. Joining them is the rising star Haiden Deegan, the reigning 250SX West and 2024 AMA Pro Motocross 250cc champion, who will make his debut at the Motocross of Nations this year.

This year’s campaign will be led by AMA Director of Racing Mike Pelletier, who steps into the role of team manager following the retirement of AMA Motorcycle Hall of Famer Roger De Coster. Pelletier expressed his enthusiasm for the challenge ahead, calling it “an honor of a lifetime” and praising the squad’s proven championship credentials. “We look forward to competing in front of our fans and defending our home turf this year,” he said.

For Sexton, the event holds personal significance. “It’s an honor to represent Team USA at this year’s Motocross of Nations, especially with the event being held at Ironman Raceway alongside Eli Tomac and Haiden Deegan,” he said. “It’s extra special for me with the race taking place so close to where I grew up. I can’t wait to race in front of many hometown fans and represent my country on home soil.”

Tomac echoed the excitement, noting the advantage of competing on familiar ground. “I’m excited to represent the USA once again this year. It’s going to be great to be on home turf and I believe our team will be very fast at Ironman,” he said.

For Deegan, 2025 marks the fulfillment of a goal he’s been aiming toward since his early years in racing. “I’m stoked to finally be healthy enough to go race for my country and bring that trophy home where it belongs,” he said.

Regarded as the “Olympics of Motocross,” the FIM Motocross of Nations brings together the best riders from across the globe to compete not only for individual glory but for national pride. With the United States fielding one of its most formidable lineups in recent years, anticipation is high for an electrifying showdown at Ironman Raceway this October.
