Aruba.it Racing – Ducati has confirmed that Iker Lecuona will join the team for the 2026 WorldSBK season, riding the new Ducati Panigale V4 R.

The Spanish rider, born in Valencia in 2000, entered Moto2 at just 16 years old and later stepped up to MotoGP in 2020 with Tech3. Since 2022, he has competed in WorldSBK with HRC, collecting two podiums and one pole position from 113 race starts.

Lecuona’s arrival also marks the end of Álvaro Bautista’s incredible journey with Aruba.it Racing – Ducati. With 228 races, 63 victories, 120 podiums, 10 poles, and two World Championships, Bautista leaves as one of the most successful Ducati riders in WorldSBK history. Beyond the statistics, he has been a true professional and ambassador for the team both on and off the track.

The team thanks Bautista for five unforgettable years and the historic results achieved together.
